Unlike Delhi’s independent houses and builder floors where you can load a truck at the door, Gurgaon societies require you to navigate security gates, basement parking, service lifts, and time-restricted shifting windows. A mover who shows up without pre-coordination will sit at the gate for an hour while the RWA processes paperwork. We do not let that happen.

DLF Phase 1–5 & Cyber City area: Premium condominiums with strict society management. Most require 2–3 days advance NOC for shifting. Service lift must be booked. Shifting typically allowed only during daytime on weekdays. We handle all DLF coordination as standard.
Golf Course Road & Golf Course Extension: Ultra-premium towers (DLF Camellias, Ireo Grand Arch, M3M Golf Estate). These have the strictest rules in Gurgaon — dedicated shifting hours, mandatory security deposits, and sometimes pre-approved vendor lists. We are experienced with all major Golf Course Road societies.
Sohna Road (Sectors 47–56): Rapidly developing area with many new societies. Road access from NH48 is improving but construction detours are common. We know the current road status and plan routes accordingly.
Dwarka Expressway / New Gurgaon (Sectors 76–115): Newer developments further from Delhi. Slightly higher transport cost due to distance. Many societies are still settling their shifting protocols — we check rules individually for each project.
Old Gurgaon (Sectors 4–23, MG Road): Mix of independent houses, builder floors, and older apartments. Access is easier (no society gatekeeping) but lanes can be narrow. We bring the right vehicle size based on your address.
Manesar & IMT area: Industrial and residential mix, further south. Mostly office and factory relocations. Good highway access, longer transit time from Delhi.
Society NOC takes 2–3 days. Most Gurgaon societies require a No Objection Certificate from the RWA or facility manager before you can shift in. Do not book your move for tomorrow if you have not started the NOC process. We can initiate this for you as soon as you book.
Service lift is mandatory. Gurgaon societies do not allow shifting through passenger lifts. If the service lift is booked by another resident on your date, your move gets postponed. We book early to secure your slot.
NH48 traffic peaks at 8–10 AM and 5–8 PM. We schedule departures either early morning (before 7:30 AM) or mid-day (11 AM–2 PM) to avoid the worst congestion on Delhi-Gurgaon highway.
Parking can be a challenge. Some societies allow the moving truck inside; others require unloading at the gate and carrying goods to the lift. We check this in advance and plan accordingly — bringing trolleys and extra hands if gate unloading is required.
