The DND Flyway and Noida Expressway have tolls that some movers conveniently forget to mention until moving day. Noida’s sectors have vehicle-entry restrictions during certain hours. And most importantly, the high-rise societies that dominate Noida (Supertech, ATS, Gaur, Amrapali, Mahagun) have strict shifting rules — service lift bookings, NOC requirements, security deposits, and time-window restrictions that can delay your move by hours if not handled in advance.

Before moving day, we contact your destination society’s facility manager or RWA to book the service lift, confirm the allowed shifting time slot, and arrange any required NOC or security deposit. Our police-verified crew arrives on time with all packing materials — bubble wrap, corrugated sheets, foam corners, stretch film, wardrobe boxes, and labelled cartons. Volume and home size — the biggest factor. A 1BHK has roughly 40–60 items; a 3BHK has 150–200+. More items means a bigger truck, more packing material, and more labour hours.
Floor level and lift availability — if either your Delhi pickup or Noida delivery is on a high floor without a working lift, the crew needs to carry everything by stairs. This adds Rs.500–2,000 depending on the floor.
Distance within Noida — Sector 18 is much closer to Delhi than Sector 150 or Greater Noida West. The extra kilometres add to fuel and time costs.
Packing complexity — a home with many fragile items (glassware, artwork, antiques) needs more material and careful handling than a home with mostly sturdy furniture.

Knowledge Park / Pari Chowk area: Mix of institutional and residential zones near Greater Noida. Good road access via the expressway, but further from Delhi so transit time is longer.
Even though the distance is short, proper packing matters. Highway driving on the DND or expressway means sustained vibration, and Noida’s speed bumps at sector entries can jolt loosely packed items. Here is our standard packing for this route:
Electronics (TV, fridge, washing machine): Original box if available; otherwise custom foam-lined crating with corner protectors. Power cords taped to the appliance. Fridge transported upright, never on its side.
Furniture (beds, tables, almirahs): Dismantled where needed for safe transport. All surfaces wrapped in thick moving blankets. Legs and fragile joints get foam padding. Reassembled at delivery.
Glassware and crockery: Each piece individually wrapped in bubble wrap. Packed in double-walled cartons with foam dividers. Cartons marked “FRAGILE” and loaded on top, never under heavy items.
Clothes and soft items: Wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes (no folding or creasing). Regular clothes in standard cartons. Bedding in vacuum bags to save space.
